We got to our room and all we could hear was a dog barking, the receptionist helped both my sister and I get new rooms. Then I got to my second room and it was a king instead of 2 queens. She got me the 3 rd room and everything was perfect. She was very helpful and was very understanding she went above what she should have done. And really we didn’t have to wait long for that whole process she was very quick to get it all done.

Good place and friendly / efficient staff. It seems that the employee servicing the breakfast area is overwhelmed at times. Another staff person should assist. And ... the selection of bread is poor, and the waffle maker was not in good service condition. The management has not invested much time or money to improve this area since we have regularly stayed there since last October.

Not the cheapest place along Glenstone, but a very nice, spacious, comfortable room. The staff was friendly and courteous from the moment we walked in. We were away from the interstate so there was no annoying traffic noise. The bed was the perfect texture for my wife and I to get a good sleep (we both have back issues). Too bad we had to get up and leave at 4 am. With the early departure we didn't have a chance to go swimming or eat breakfast. If you're traveling and need a nice place to stay the night, this place is great.

This was a really nice and cozy place to stay. The area is quiet and there is so much to do in this town. The only downside is we didn’t stay longer. So much food to try and they have Steak ‘n Shake which is something I really missed since they no longer exist where we live. The natural history museum in town is also really fun and has great people working there. It was also are first time going to Buc-ee’s so that was fun as well.

Top notch

My children slept soundly!!! That is a first for a hotel stay. I am amazed at the difference that quality makes. Marriott does an excellent job. My kids' review: They loved finding and reading the Bible and Book of Mormon. Loved the reading lights on the bed. The shower was perfect. Big, soft beds. Tummy milk. (Great breakfast options.) Enjoyed the pool.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Our room was spacious and laid out well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Moore Expo trip

A really nice hotel. Clean, very nice room but could use a softer mattress. Loved the pool. When we were there it was the same weekend as a children's tournament so the lobby was packed with people during breakfast time and most of the food items that were avaliable were gone by 8:00 and didn't see staff replenishing anything so that was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
