Vibe is supposed to be hip. Reality is stark, cheap and uncomfortable - like a college dorm room. Within a few hundred ft of an interstate, so traffic noise all night. No coffee or fridge in room. One uncomfortable chair. Will never stay at a Tru again.

The walls are to thin. The room on the floor above me, I can hear them walking all night. You could hear load thumps and cracking. Very annoying to hear throughout the night.

Although the room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable, the lack of hot water in the shower was incredibly disappointing. When I told the guy and the front desk he said “oh yeah they just told me that, I’m sorry”. So hav ooo no to start our day without a shower was obviously not ideal.
