Great hotel, a little noisy

The hotel is nice, super clean and staff very pleasant. It’s located a very convenient spot with tons of restaurants and shopping so close. Parking is ample. Rooms are very basic but contemporary. Only real complaint is the noise from other rooms. It literally sounds like someone is outside your door but they are above, below or beside you.

Paris nailed this location. Very clean, inviting, fun, energetic. So much better than my last hotel at the same cost. I don't want to leave! Honestly not a bad thing to say about this place. It was very loud at times around 2 am the other guests had very loud rooms the shower curtain and the way the shower is we had to layer towels on the floor to soak up the water our floor was soaked no vent in the bath the fridge didn’t work to keep drinks cold

Fine. We came for a large conference in Springfield MA and everything was booked. The price was not normal for this level property in this location normally, but supply & demand dictated higher prices for our dates. Nothing special about the property but also nothing particularly “wrong” either. Just fine.

This hotel was consistently high achieving in all areas. Staff was friendly and attentive. Many breakfast options including pancakes, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, cold cereal, yogurt and selection of fruit. Breakfast staff was present in the dining area, refilling items as needed and discreetly cleaning tables after guests left. Always staff at front desk and very responsive to questions and requests. Posted "Quiet Hours" on every floor of 10pm - 6am.

On the way to Maine

Checking in was fast and easy. The room was small but adequate for an overnight stay. CLEAN which is most important to me. The outdoor area was nice to sit outside. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.
