The property itself was not bad. The room was not bad other than the air conditioner smelled musty when running. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Get something different for breakfast foods.

This is a great hotel!! The furniture, carpet, and decor were very nice, newer, and quite stylish. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay here!

No body wash and only 2 towels for a 3 day stay. One ice machine broke for whole stay. Internet was very good though and the shower was nice. Being next to a gas station and Cracker Barrel was a big extra!

Everything was great with the room and property. It did smell a little musty possibly from the air conditioner. The breakfast was the only thing I was disappointed with. The only protein source was the milk for the cereal. But, the price was reasonable & the staff were great.

If you say that the other company is responsible for the washing machine not working, then is the money I pay going directly to it? You can't even understand simple logic and you're still passing the buck by saying it's not your duty. Are you the manager, or is the person who fixes the machine in another company the manager?

Worst hotel experiance in at least 5 years. How do you put a family of 8 in a room Above people checking in at 10pm. Kids running till 1130 and up at 6. Staff didnt care. Hell how do you reserve 1 room for 8 people???? Never stay there again

Location right off interstate and next door to crackr barreĺ, was extremely convenient. Hotel has a pleasant appearance, but for what i paid, i was expecting a little better environment and appearance. Many areas need maintenance.
