The manger double charged me. I told him I already paid through Expedia. He said it doesn’t work that way. He was very rude and insulting. He said couldn’t get my room unless I paid him. I showed him my Expedia confirmation email. He said that didn’t matter. He ran my credit card and I got my room. I took luggage up and left an appointment. I called Expedia while I was driving. Two call, two times disconnected after 20 minute calls each time. Expedia did tell they received my payment and they paid for the room, I shouldn’t have had to pay. I went back to the hotel and told the manager what Expedia said. He now said he would refund my money. I didn’t want to stay there because of how rude I was treated. He said he would reverse Expedia their money so I could be refunded. Three days later I found out he lied and he didn’t return Expedia’s money. Expedia refused to refund my money. I paid for a room I didn’t stay in. Never staying at a Comfort Inn again. Thanks Expedia for screwing your customer.

Everything was good till the last moment when I did a last sweep of the room and found a xxx toy in the closet. When I saw this I wrapped it in a towel and gave it to the front desk. If my wife would have found it I most likely would have had to move to a different hotel. Good help is hard to find but this literally shocked me and I have not even discussed this with my very proper spouse.
