I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The customer service we received from Ryan exceeded my expectations. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners & co-owners one by the name of Brian. (Pardon as I can’t recall the other gentlemen’s name) Ryan was so welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The attention to detail truly elevated the entire visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service. Looking forward to return in the near future! Thank you all!

The owner is so friendly, and stopped to chat with my husband and I for quite a while. The house is beautiful, the courtyard quaint and pretty. It is so close to everything and very walkable. We parked our car and havent had to use it since we arrived. Absolutely recommend staying here, we will be back!

B&B was right in the heart of the historic district of St. Augustine. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Did not use our car at all during our stay. Room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Lots of stairs to second floor. Weekend breakfast was special. Very friendly owner and staff.

This is a delightful historic property right in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was delicious, the room spotless and clean, and the host Ryan was amazing. I would stay here again. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable. Only slight setback was the ac was central and got a bit warm at times. Overall, an excellent spot to stay! Highly recommend.
