Parking was a challenging. Needed to park at a remote parking lot after unloading the car, but it was only a few blocks away. Overall nice stay for one night to enjoy the Nights of Lights. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating.

Location is perfect! Walkable to everything.Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking space provided in lot few blocks away for $15 per night.(very helpful during nights of lights.) room was ok. Toiletries , blow dryer ,mini fridge provided . Coffee, tea and cookies in lobby. We loved it and Would stay again. Few things to note-1) this is more a boutique hotel than B&B. No breakfast provided .2) there is a bar next door that plays very loud music in eve until 11pm( ear plugs provided) 3) room lacks privacy as shower is in room.if your roommate is in bed watching tv you will be showering in front of them.toilet room slightly more private as has separate room but only curtain.. no door. We were ok with these things but can see how it may not work for certain situations. If you don't mind these 3 perfect place to stay! .

The only positive about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, everything else fell short of expectations. Parking is inconvenient—there’s only temporary parking outside the hotel for check-in. After that, you must move your car to an off-site lot about a five-minute walk away. If you have heavy luggage, be prepared to drag it across a gravel path. Our room was outdated and very small, with no desk or even a chair to sit on. The bathroom setup offered no privacy: the toilet and vanity were behind a curtain instead of a door, and the shower was located in the bedroom itself. Noise was another major issue. Our window faced a restaurant that blasted music late into the night, making it impossible to relax. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, it ws lukewarm. When we reported this, the staff’s response was indifferent—they suggested we use the shower in another room. Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless location is your only priority.

I have to admit, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel is right next to Pierre’s Pub, which blasted loud music until 12:04 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The room was tiny, outdated, and right by the building’s entrance, so we heard people coming and going all night. We were charged $436.38 for one night, an unbelievable ripoff. Horrible experience. What made the situation worse is that when I complained to the front desk, instead of being apologetic (which would have been the right customer service response), she blamed me and said the room description online clearly stated it would be noisy. I later checked both Hotels.com (where I booked) and the hotel’s own website, and nowhere does it mention anything about noise. In fact, it even advertises champagne and mimosas, yet they don’t serve any alcohol. Very disappointing and an extremely bad experience.

Bed NO Breakfast!

Not as advertised! Don’t fall for it like we did. Now this place charges for everything…cleaning fees on day for you to arrive. Evidently they charge if you don’t show up for breakfast …not that we were offered any. Parking fee is ok but lot is 3 blocks away…hope you didn’t forget anything in the car! They have an elevator but didn’t go from 1st to second floor …my disabled husband was not happy. I got to carry the luggage up to the room. We got a text to join them for breakfast and was then told there was no breakfast. We don’t mind paying for the hotel, parking etc but we walked by multiple lots to get to our car. No breakfast in a bed and breakfast is inexcusable. We left a day early and just went home. The room was fine and the hotel was a little run down and musty smelling. It is in a good location. We will go back to St Augustine and stay somewhere else. The only reason we stayed here was because of the elevator…I guess it was wrong of me to assume it went to every floor.
