We arrived at 2:00 pm and we're greeted by the friendliest gentlemen in the parking lot. He assisted us parking our large truck, & was extremely efficient. We were delighted that our rooms were ready & we could check in early. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice updated decor. Excellent location, close to everything.

Location location location!!! Office Staff was friendly and parking team was awesome helping to back in. Fresh towels every day but room wasn’t cleaned every day. Very reasonable and great mattresses. Awesome three nights in St. Augustine.

The staff at hotel were very friendly and great check in. Perfect location near everything. Only negative is our room backed up to a bar/restaurant that played very loud music til 1am.

There was an attendant to tell you were to park so you were close to Your room Little noisy but great location and the 2 woman at the front desk were very nice!

Check in was quick but wish the lady was a little more enthusiastic to see us and more accommodating. Room was beside the employee storage unit so lots of noises even late at night. Bathroom was dirty. AC was loud and outdated.
