This is our ocean front two bedroom / two bath flat. You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. The unit has enough to sleep four. It is furnished with a new king bed, and two twins. There are two TV's. There is a 52" television in living room, DVD. Tile floors throughout which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from sand. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickle ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
