Shantel - very nice. Felt as if she was welcoming us into her own home each time we saw her. Girl in laundry rm was VERY RUDE after being told of an accident, that we stripped the bed for her. She rolled her eyes, acted disgusted and didn't say "Thanks" or anything. Just turned - I was going to let her know how ugly her response was but yhisbwould have been a waste of my time. Training her in kindness and how to have respect for others thoughtfulness is way past due. She was only thing that was wrong with the staff. The rm

Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was adequate. However, the bed was terrible. Needs replacing. Every move, you could hear the springs groaning. Never had that before.

The room was really dated. We had two small sofas (loveseats) in our room. They were so soiled. Definitely not sitting on them! We were also right on the road… actually thought the traffic was coming through our room.
