We had a terrible check in. Unprofessional and lacked customer service. Then our room #134 had multiple issues. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, the iron leaked water all of my clothes while trying to iron and the shower only had like warm water, weather showering in morning or evening it was never hot. Overall not worth the money.

Great location with view of the beach. It was very quiet and we felt incredibly safe. Our room was immaculately clean. The bed & pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Really enjoyed the hotel and location. Very close to the historic downtown. A 3 minute walk to the beach. A 2 minute walk to Publix and small shops. Will stay there again

The hot tub was cold the first night and the front desk said maintenance already went home. The safe in our room did not work. I left my watch charger in the room and they said they did not find it. Our air conditioner in the room rattled. Maintenance came up and said the vent cover was just loose and then it started rattling again at night and we had to shut it off. The lobby was freezing cold. Had to wear coat to eat breakfast. $16 a night for party was a little expensive!

Close to the beach. Room was not clean dust in corners, floor in the bathroom dirty; bathroom door dirty finger marks all over. Furniture had what looked like ink from a pen stains.
