The property has been recently purchased by Hilton and there was some confusion at the front desk regarding the availability of my room. This is a time share place and they weren't used to doing one night stays. The room I reserved was not ready and they could not give me an estimate of how long. Anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours!? I asked for a supervisor and they were finally able to get me into another unit. The agents themselves were outstanding and the manager, Brett, took it upon himself to make sure to get a room ASAP. The issue was the recent changeover from one system to another and to compound things, this is the beginning of the heavy visitation season in Florida.

There was a issue at check in. Hotel.com reserved it as 1room - 2 bedroom deluxe, the property reserved 1room with 2 beds. Hotel.com should have reserved it as a 2 bedroom deluxe room. The person checking me in requested to see my verification letter, luckily I had it on my phone and he verified there was a mistake. The property ended up giving me a connecting rooms, it wasn't ideal but I had to make it work. I also give the person checking me in credit for doing the best he could to accommodate me.

We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.

Bad location abandoned Hall of Fame scary at night

Awful location was unaware world of golf village is completely abandoned had to drive 15 miles to souvenir shops, bealls or restaurants etc. world golf hall of fame gone to NC very sad businesses all gone. Beds are full size not queen we should’ve paid more attention to details would not return, hidden resort fees, way overpriced we left day early of course we couldn’t get reimbursed although we asked. Staff was great efficient!

Needs better front desk support

Jenna at the front desk was completely rude and dismissive upon every dealing with her. She should NOT be in customer service. The overall room was good, but our feet were completely black within minutes of walking into room.

The office staff were quick to respond to a broken oven since we were cooking our meal in the condo. The golf courses in and around the area are awesome. The pool, hot tub, gym and tennis/pickle ball courts were fantastic. It’s a great spot to come to.

Our third stay at Bluegreen and it was the best. We had a very nice room in the corner and top floor, Room 250 in building 2. Very nice and quiet. The room suite was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was totally equipped for cooking whenever you desired. They seem to be taking care of the property better than before. And if you are golfer it is one of the best places to stay in the area. And now you have a Costco and a Bucees in the entrance.

A little old and very basic no thrills, towels where a little on rough side, nothing fancy here, photos look better than what it actually is, not bad and clean. Chairs in living room where worn. Beds were comfy enough. 3 stars is about right.

My family and I had a blast. It was beautiful. Did not need to travel far for some great food. Will definitely be back. Staff were so friendly, pool closed at 8:30p every night, that was the only disappointment, due to lighting or something. Overall great place!
