I didn’t like that the website says that they give the rooms at 3pm ,and when you arrive, they don’t have it ready like all the hotels that I been, and you need to wait almost an hour to get the room.

Most of the hotel staff was very nice. The evening staff at the front desk was very rude all weekend. With her being the only hotel staff to talk to, she was not friendly until after she was completely rude to you. Other than that, all was tolerable or expected with staying at a hotel. Stay was great!

Only stayed a couple hours flight was delayed and had arrived late. Parking lot was full, had been communicating via texting about late arrival. Was told when I checked in that had I been a few minutes later my prepaid reservation would have been canceled. Other than that all was good!

Just a minor thing, almost no hot water in our bathroom, maybe coz we were on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, everything was fine. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice location and safe area, less than 10 miles from St George Street.

Generally this was a nice property. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that my garbage wasn't taken out each day (5 day stay) and the food service started an hour late the day we checked out and we had to buy breakfast.
