Upon check-in, I experienced amazing customer service by Trisha, the front desk agent. She was kind, professional and very welcoming. She took her time to speak to me and my children about where to see the fireworks in St Augustine and was just a good person. You don't see Customer service like that any more. The hotel was clean and in good area. genuinely k
