Disappointed with our stay. We wanted a short getaway and decided to stay here. Front desk was friendly but the room was a bit dark and counters a bit outdated. We paid for a King premium oceanview but the room didn't look anything like the website picture. Nonetheless, the view was very nice. In the middle of the night I went to the bathroom only to be greeted by a couple of roaches!...we were then woken up by early morning (7:30 ish) guitar playing and what I'm guessing was Sunday worship directly across from our room. We would have appreciated a heads up about this, prior to booking and spending a ton of money for a room that left us feeling exhausted and disgusted. If we wanted to stay in a room with roaches and noise, we could have stayed at a low budget motel and saved A LOT of money! Prior to writing this review we spoke to guest services and all they offered was an apology and excuses for roaches. Not acceptable for the kind of money we dropped for one night.

Loved St Augustine

Everything was clean, staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good & convenient. The only negatives I have are the beach chairs & umbrellas they provided had many broken ones you had to check all of them before you take them down to the beach which is kinda a pain. The other complaint I have is this hotel has NO POOL, and I was disappointed with that but the beach is very close & easy to access. Other than that it’s a great place!! .

What a great property to stay at. We will certainly be coming back again. Staff was fantastic. We had breakfast and coffee on our balcony each morning overlooking the beach/ocean. Beach was never too busy and many places are walkable as well. 5 stars!

I absolutely loved this hotel! Not only did we have a great view of the ocean but the rooms looks just like they do in the photos. So beautiful and open! The staff was so friendly to us and their breakfast was also incredible. I’m definitely going to go back at some point for longer this time because there’s so much around there that I have yet to explore ☀️
