Some things they don’t tell you - parking is NOT free it is paid $10 per night. I am not sure why the reviews and things said it was free. It was also so loud I couldn’t sleep. There is a super busy bar right next door and the hotels windows are paper thin you hear all the noise. The AC in the wall is also loud. I would not recommend for those who are sensitive to noise.

Staff was very friendly, Accommodations were clean and well kept. Housekeeping took some items from our room, so Mike, the night manager approved us a $100 refund to be issued by Expedia. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were attentive, but it clear that the hotel has seen better days in terms of the upkeep and property maintenance. I also did not appreciate being nickel and dimed over every service, including a $5 fee to park my car when parking was not an issue in the area. The breakfast was also very limited, and I did not learn that the meal was not included until I after I ate.Moreover, the price of the meal was a bit shocking, especially since I told them that I did not want bacon.

Front desk was polite and friendly. Housekeeping staff was also friendly. Parking was easy and location was convenient. Value was way overpriced. But it’s high season so it’s expected. They charge for parking on top of a high stay price which is uncalled for.

Nice room, friendly staff, close to St Aug historic district. The breakfast took 45 mins each day to be served and was definitely not worth the price. Outside of breakfast, great stay and would visit again.

I like Voco an amazing hotel. The lattes at the bar for breakfast $4 amazing and delicious. Nice cozy 2 floor hotel. House keeping and staff very nice, friendly and helpful.
