Will not stay at comfort inn and suites again

We will not stay at comfort inn and suites again. The breakfast was not bad at all but that’s the only real positive. The room did not meet our expectations, including things that were dirty and in disrepair. The smoke alarm was beeping in our room so we tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room didn’t work. We went to the front desk and they said “oh yeah that phone doesn’t work”. They gave us a battery to put in our smoke alarm ourselves. We asked how we should reach it and were told to stand on the swiveling desk chair in our room but to “please be very careful.” That didn’t fix it. Eventually a maintenance person was called and the option we were given was to have the smoke alarm removed, so that’s what was done. The toilet seat was loose and felt like it was coming off the toilet and the toilet paper holder was mounted on the wall behind the toilet so you had to reach behind your back to get toilet paper. The pool surface was crumbling and in need of being redone. The tile in our bathroom was loose and missing grout all around some of the center tiles. The shower curtain was missing a liner. I could keep going, but why? This was easily the worst hotel and worst experience I’ve had in many years.

We checked in in the middle of the night and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Loved the lemon water in the lobby to fill water bottles. The place looked renovated, or in the process of renovation, but the carpets looked pretty gross. We would stay again!

Staff was friendly. The room was clean , but the common areas in the hall and elevator could use more attention . Also maintenance probably needs better attention to small details but worth the rate I paid . 4-5 stars overall

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Carpets are disgusting, elevator walls are dinged up and dirty. Room furniture was beat up and grimy.

Room was fine! Amenities need updating, kinda falling apart. All of the staff bring their kids to work and they were running around the hallway all day long in and out of maintenance rooms. The doors were extremely difficult to open. Had to try 4-6 times to get the latch timing right to open the door. The room itself was clean and pretty standard.

Good place. Good value.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. We just needed a one night stopover so this place was perfect for that. Breakfast was good. Dining room was kept clean.
