Stayed one night, next morning we woke up around 6:30am to young bed bugs, luckily not a large infestation, but we had to cancel the next night and go somewhere else. The next night was to be refunded. Still waiting on that a week later. The staff wasn't surprise about the incident. The bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival, hairs from shaving in the sink, the tub was still dirty, pubes on the toilet lid. It appeared the room had a quick wipe down with clean towels and trash bags. That was it.

We booked it last minute on a long road drive. It was above expectation. Absolutely clean, the front desk person was clear and very helpful. Highly recommended, especially for anyone on long drive.
