The room was clean and fine, the A/C was functioning, the television service was spotty. The manager was very strange and we were put off by his attitude. We had a reservation already, and he was sarcastic and seemed to be in disbelief that we were guests. He was not very friendly and welcoming

The man working the front desk was the absolutely the worst of the worst in customer service. It started with the greeting he gave us when walking in. He stared and said nothing! Even after my husband gave him our name he just staredand said nothing! He didnt move! It was creepy. Finally moving, he banged on the keyboard, while my husband tried a bit of small talk. Maybe the clerk was having a bad moment?! Not a word back. When my husband asked for a ground floor he said no. Then the clerk began an embarrassing line of question as to why we wanted the ground floor room my husband told him we didnt want to carry our luggage up and down the stair( its none of his business but i have neck and back fusions with Degenerative Disc Disorder no to mention total knee replacement. When he gave my husband the room card he said nothing but wrote 245 on the little card holder. My hubby headed to the door when he was called back to watch the clerk draw all over the hotel map in 3 different colored markers, pointing out the location of everything including the industrial outdoor garbage containers (???) before circling room 244. After a dozen attempts to gain access to the room on the clerks map we realized our REAL room was 245. Im sure the occupant didnt appreciate our repetitive attempts to enter or my rather load swearing. It set the mood for a horrible stay. We thought about asking for a refund but from who, the guy at the desk. We certainly dont expect one from management!

We got trapped in the elevator (around 100 degrees, with a child). The emergency buttons didn't work at all. The staff seemed annoyed that we called 911 for help. They didn't seem to care about our well being at all. Terrible management and not safe.

I went to the bathroom and noticed that there were ants crawling over the toilet seat and bowl. When I went to the front desk I spoke with Benson who asked what I would like done about the problem. I told him I would expect a comped night or something similar. He then asked how long I’d stayed and I told him one night. He then proceeded to say that it was “only like 75 dollars” I then told him I was aware of the price and that doesn’t change the ants in my room. He told me that he’s reach out to his manager. I packed my bags and left and when I dropped off my key I asked when I should expect to hear back. He informed me that his manager would be in at 12:30, I haven’t heard back.

Curtains were extremely dirty. Shower had absolutely no pressure and also leaked onto the floor so there was a puddle on the floor. Breakfast selection was ok. Could have at least had bagels
