Great value for the price. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but hey, it's Days Inn.

High step.

Hotel built into hillside. Parking lot matches second floor. Had one high step, short flat and 3 steps down near our room. Ramp abot 50 feet away from roo. Wife has two artificial knees and is 80 y.o. I'm 79 and have COPD. Either route was tough for us. I haul around abot 50 lbs of life support and it tkes us usually 2-3 trips with our gear. Once the massive hassle of getting into the room was over, it was a good economy hotel. To its favor, it had an excellent breakfast with sausage, pancakes and waffle maker along with cereals, muffins and toast. Only real complaint comes from humping baggage up, over, or around the berm separating the parking lot from the room. Would have been no problem 40 years ago. Old farts beware.

Overall I believe this Hotel could be so much better with some deep cleaning. Drapes were soiled and the chair in the room needed a good shampool. The room did seem clean and very affordable.

Right next to highway, everyone there must own a motorbike or diesel, and hammer it off the lights. Very loud, no sound proofing on these rooms. I had white noise and the fan on, did not help at all. Front desk clerk was impolite as well.

We stay in lots of days inn but had a really bad staff on the front desk. Night staff when we checked in was excellent. The morning perso who was lounging on a couch did not acknowledge us when we came in for breakfast. The milk jug was empty and I went to the desk. He still continued to lounge so I left it there so someone might get us one! He proceeded to tell me I was rude to leave it there and he put it back in the fridge empty instead of saying thanks for letting me know and I will get more. There were others in the breakfast area that shook their heads at his rudeness to a guest!

Not very clean, key didn't work, and check-in took forever. Roads around the property were really noisy. Check-in felt more like an interrogation. I know it's low budget and it felt like it. Room wasn't too bad, shower was nice. Bathroom could use some extra cleaning.

The evening front desk representative- his name, as reported by another staff , starts w G, was very very insulting and unprofessional over the phone when I called to inform I would be late. He also hung up on me when asked his name to report to Wyndham. No apology from the management yet! The parking lot stunk may be of a dead animal. It was unbearable. Property in general was good but because of the unprofessional front desk rep, I’d refrain from staying there.
