Las Palmas with beautiful updates.

We have stayed at this condominium resort several times before. Our host made this stay exceed our expectations. This unit has some excellent updates and well maintained and modern furniture. The resort has weathered some seasons but this unit felt just amazing and cozy. The large bathroom and spacious countertops were clean and beautiful. We would definitely rebook here.

Convenient and clean condo

We stayed at Agnes' condo for a few nights while in St George. The condo is conveniently located - not far from "downtown" St George and short easy trip to Zion and Sand Hallow for golfing. The condo is a great size for 2 people and very clean. The only negative - which wasn't a big deal - was since it is located near the elevator, there can be a lot of noise in the mornings when people (kids) are headed out for the day. However, the bedroom is in the back so we didn't hear any of that until we were in the front of the condo. Not much that can be done about that and it was also really conveinet to be that close to the elevator for loading/unloading. Agnes was very responsive when I reached out with questions about the area. Would recommend and return.

Condo itself was good but the overall property lacks maintenance

The inside of the condo was clean and well stocked. It was exactly what we expected. However, the common areas show a major lack of maintenance. There is a canopy by the stairs that is shredded, the walls are dirty as are the walkways.

Great stay at Las Palmas

Stayed here while volunteering for Huntsman Senior Games. Location is perfect. Since it was crowded, it was nice to be able to park in front of garage and have guaranteed spot. Loved the pool right across the building (at clubhouse), which also had a good gym. The kitchen had everything you would need (electric kettle, lots of dishes, plus syran wrap, foil and spices). Big bathroom with lots of towels. Favorite part was the balcony that faced north. Great view and wonderful place to eat dinner or have a drink. Host was very responsive when we have a few basic questions.
