Family Fun

The Condo at Sand Hallow was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The only complaint that I have is the kitchen supplies. Pans for cooking were old and worn out, everything I cooked stuck to the pan, and silverware was sparse for 4 people. The accent chair in the living room was broken and couldn't sit in without sinking to the bottom. Overall a beautiful place to stay.

It is a wonderful place to stay. The condo's are very nice. The only reason I gave it a lower score on comfort is that there are not additional blankets if you get cold in the night. There is only a thin cover on the bed and I about froze. If you go in the winter you better take an extra blanket with you.

The grounds were beautiful, and the golf experience was fantastic. However, our room, 7-205, was freezing and lacked sufficient blankets. Additionally, the thermostat had a rather unfriendly note stating that if we needed to call for service, there would be an added cost of $100. I'm unclear on how the facilities are expected to address issues in the units if guests are unable to report problems.

Nice trip

The area and view were incredible. The check in and out was easy. The place was clean and well stocked. The only issue was the upstairs guests. You could hear them running around and scraping the chairs across the floor until after 1 AM. They were then at it again at 7 AM. I thought for sure at an expensive place like things I would not be hearing that much noise around me.
