We’ve stayed here before and came back for the location and the amenities. The staff was friendly. The hotel is pretty clean. Nice breakfast! I love how the location is easy to access the freeway and all parts of St. George. The main lobby area with many seating options and the games and pool table is what makes it by far our favorite hotel in St. George!

Great location, easy to access off the highway, clean facility, and easy parking. I have to say, this property has the very best information board on local activities, shops, restaurants, bars, and sights to see. It is colorful and shared such great information. The greeting on arrival was warm with consideration taken on room placement, offers of information to consider when taking on a spot for dinner and other activities. Check out greeting was equally friendly and efficient. From observation, I believe this property is women managed. A true plus in the consistency of guest care. The front desk area offers an array of food and beverage items for purchase, and the morning's breakfast was quite standard and well displayed with several options available. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with all the necessary items. A negative for this traveler was the light switch control for the overhead bed lights and room light. They are all in one with no on/off switch for the "right" side of the bed. As a frequent traveler, I choose not to sleep on the same side as the desk/light/clock, the side most guest choose for themselves. This requires dual bedside switches. This Tru property is definitely a great option when passing through St George.

We have stayed at many TRU hotels and this one seemed dingy and not as clean and fresh as others. Our room felt a bit drab and slightly run down compared to other TRU hotels we've stayed in. Just before breakfast, 5:30am, my husband was in the lobby area drinking coffee and waiting for the breakfast to open. Just before 6am he was stunned when the overnight desk clerk very loudly asked the breakfast clerk while following her around like a puppy dog, "Did you see all of those bad bananas?" She then replied, "Yes, I placed them on top in hopes that they will get ate first. " To say my husband was alarmed is putting it nicely. Soon after the banana incident a couple other men came down to the breakfast area where they and my husband were waiting to get their food. When the breakfast clerk opened the breakfast area, my husband and the other men had to stand there and wait while the overnight clerk helped himself to breakfast although they had all been waiting. During this entire time, not one of the clerks even acknowledged my husband or the other men. They carried on about their own personal business as if they didn't exist. Very odd and not fantastic customer service. We will choose to stay in a different hotel next time we are in town.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, great amenities, fun dorm-like decor, very clean. Breakfast was really nice, good selection of items. We were only there one night but would have loved to have used the outdoor hot tub and pool table in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again when going through St. George.
