I had to tell Adults to be quiet during quiet hours. They woke me up unapologetically. The room right across from th elevator and SOLOUD!!! I hatwd that part

When I tried to check in at 3:00 the front desk clerk said she was unable to check me in right now. She said two ladies had just checked in, we don’t have any rooms at this time but the other rooms were being inspected. I told her I had a reservation and they shouldn’t have given away my room. So I finally got the key to my room which was a little after 3:30. I went to my room and it was a mess. Beds weren’t made, pillows on the floor and I was in a state of shock. The house Keeping lady apologized to me and said they could switch me into another room and they did. Well, when I got to the second room, the sink was clogged. At that point I am seriously irritated. I told her I needed to leave but she assured me it would be fixed when I returned. When I did return later that evening it was fixed. I took a shower and when I got out of the shower and I was getting dressed this man came into my room asking me why was I in this room? So I asked him who he was and he said he was the manager. I proceeded to tell him everything that happened yesterday. He said he was not aware that they put me in the room that I was in. This was a terrible experience! I will never stay here again. The beds were uncomfortable too. No one ever seems to be at the front desk and you’re always waiting for someone to come. Also no one apologized to me for the inconvenience that they caused me except the nice lady in house keeping. After the treatment I received I should’ve received a discount and an

Older hotel that they are trying to doll up. The room has its evidence though... wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet, but the experience overall was satisfactory for my overnight trip with family.

Noel at front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great reasonably quiet location. We was a little disappointed that a room attendant even after request did not refresh our room we had to go to front desk for extra wash cloths, towels and by the time we left trash cans were running over.
