The room was decently sized and comfortable. The hotel was clean. The staff were rude, unprofessional and not friendly or good with kids which was surprising considering it is a hotel with a water park, likely attracting a lot of kids. The arcade had many games that were not working but no out of order signs so wasted money spent on those games with no offers to refund. The room next to us was up all night partying and very loud but children were yelled at for being too loud before quiet hours. The nail salon as advertised is closed until further notice but that is not posted anywhere online or internally. They couldn’t give a date it would reopen and no apologies for the inconvenience. You need a separate key for the gym and business center. Life guards were inconsistent with rules and then punished children for misinterpreting due to these inconsistencies. We were there with a group for a basketball tournament and many others had the same complaints. One family even canceled their second night because even though their child was tall enough for the water slides, the lifeguards claimed she wasn’t. The restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced. The gift shop is a wall near front desk with very limited items.

Check in went ok. I had a girl who was training. She was very sweet. I really liked the room. I liked that it didn’t have carpet. Beds were comfortable. Tv was really nice too. Swimming area was fun. Pub was ok but slow. Not many people eat there and it was still slow. The breakfast that was included was not good. That was disappointing. Lack of protein. We were there for a hockey tournament our boys need protein. The hotel is renovating so maybe that was why the breakfast was bad. All the staff seem kind and friendly. The only lady that I noticed that was rude was the other lady checking another woman in.

I always find the rooms & facilitates to be clean & well maintained - staff is great and i love staying here! The only drawback - which can happens at any hotel, especially with a pool - is screaming kids running in the hallways

Hallways were very noisy at night as guests ran, yelled, slammed doors. Could hear neighbors coughing all night. Half the games in the arcade were out of order. The pub stopped serving food before 6:45pm when we went to eat. "Waterpark" area was very underwhelming. We appreciated that the hotel room was clean. Not worth the price of $250/night

The lobby was closed off for remodeling. Sad to hear they are getting rid of the wood, log cabin theme. Hope they keep the stone fireplace. That was a real draw.
