You can tell that they quickly are remodeling rooms. With paint missing off the walls, random holes in the bathroom walls, toilet that kept running even when tank was full, and beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Would probably never stay here again.

Great area with a lovely private beach and sitting area on the water. Great breakfast and snack area in the morning. Friendly staff. My only complaint is they had the maid come in while we were our sight seeing and we came back to our stuff being moved around. I wish I would have known they would be doing that because we had valuables and other things laying around that we would have put away.

The pictures online are very misleading. There is a nice outdoor area near the beach, however the geese overtake it and their poop is EVERYWHERE. It’s nearly impossible to walk around outside. Not to mention the amount of noise you will hear from the hallway or someone above you at all hours. People ran around late at night and it was very hard to get any sleep. The walls are paper thin!! The beds are also not very comfortable. It was a disappointing stay for our first time in the area.

The hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. The room was clean so no complaints there, but it is very outdated & in poor condition in general. Staff working the front desk & breakfast were both very friendly & helpful. The staff was the best part of the stay. No elevators either.

Is very nice place to stay , View is beautiful, room was clean. Problem was with geese ( surprised was everywhere), only the problem to seat and enjoying the views. I like it anyway, nice place to staying.

The first assigned room was still under construction. The light in the bathroom of the second room hummed louder than the noisy air conditioner. There must have been something on the carpet, because our dog sniffed at it relentlessly. Lastly, the keys did not work because they were not programmed to the door. Overall, I would never in life stay at this hotel again.

The "breakfast" was non-existant. I feel for paying $130 , we could have had a decent breakfast. The hot plate thing was empty, only blueberry waffles (they had a container for regular but it was not working/filled). No bread for toast. Spiders crawling on me at night. My biggest complaint was the breakfast.
