Grass and weeds at least a foot tall. I walked in the lobby to witness a older staff member shoving a 9-11 yr. old. girl to the floor not once but twice!!! I stopped her immediately!!!!! VERY abusive.

The staff was Extremely Nice and helpful. I think the cleaning crew were gone or off so the hotel was short handed perhaps. With that said what I paid was a great deal.

Cheap, close to the interstate

Needs a LOT of upgrades. Bathrooms are decent. Would be better if the toilet wouldn’t randomly run. Decor is from the 70’s. Carpet needs cleaning. TONS of noise from the highway. Not quiet at all. Very inexpensive compared to other major hotels. Close to a lot of fast food. Desk staff seemed grumpy and never took his AirPods out to check us in.

The rooms were not clean. Bathroom looked like it had not been clean in a long time. So much dust on the vanity shelf and even on the hair dryer. Bed sheets did not look to have been changed. There was literally dried burgers or something on one of the beds and hairs.

Upon arrival there was standing water in the bathroom with ashes and lashes. We then went to the front desk to get sorted and switched to another room. Once in the other room the bathroom was clean but had an odor to it. The pillows were small and not very comfortable.

Complimentary breakfast was not kept stocked throughout the full breakfast hours, no coffee in the coffee pots during breakfast on our second day. No back-stock of toilet paper was available in our room during our 2 night stay. No housekeeping came during our stay to empty trash or restock toiletries or anything. Toilet was dirty upon entering the room at check in. Carpet did not look to have been vacuumed and old food was on the floor from a previous guest.
