Cute and cozy

This hotel was super cute, and the receptionist, Jessica, was really friendly. The hotel was within 5-10 minutes of everything you’d need. The only issue I had was that our smoke alarm started chirping and there was no maintenance there to help. Jessica from the front seat was a trooper and figured it out herself

Our room was large and recently renovated. The breakfast area seemed poorly organized and the tables were not cleaned. The food was okay, but would have been better if there was a microwave to warm it up.

Not for us.

Room was spacious and clean, but bed was not comfy. There was no hand soap at the sink and most importantly, there were no handrails in the shower which was kinda slick. Breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast area seemed sticky - tables and chairs included.

Beds are comfortable, breakfast was good! Kids had a blast in the pool. They also liked the koi ponds. Had a couple minor issues but they fixed it immediately. Friendly staff.

Quiet, relaxing stay

We attended Chiefs Training Camp and it was close. The girls enjoyed the pool on Tuesday after a hot day of camp was pretty quiet and relaxing.

Just ok, but not very clean

Older motel, which I dint have a problem with, but just not very clean. Staff was friendly, but nothing special. We travel with a dog so I understand that sometimes places use certain rooms for pets, and I'm fine with that, but the first room we checked into smelled terribly like dog. As soon as we opened the door the strong odor hit us. We went on in to find the room seemingly just not cleaned well, like for a long time. Older furnishings and carpet is ok, but the ring of obvious dust all around the edges of the room is not ok. Turned on TV to find it had no sound. A/C didn't seem to be working quite right so we pulled out the filter to find it completely covered with dirt. A dirty sock under the bed. Picked up the phone to call the desk and it didn't work. The receiver was base was full of crumbs & dust like it had not been wiped off for a very long time. Went back to the desk and they did apologize and put us in another room. The staff handled our complaint appropriately, but didn't seem surprised either. The second room we were given was better and we did stay here two nights, but the whole place just seemed that it is chronically not cleaned very well. We also kept finding the side exit doors propped open with rocks at night when they were supposed to be locked. The mattresses were uncomfortable. Now, the decor of the place is neat. They have a little bar on site that served some food. The pool was nice and seemed relatively clean.
