The Beach House is conveniently located on Gulf Blvd. in Treasure Island, Florida. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators, microwaves and hot plates. Robert, the property manager, is wonderful. He is helpful and a great resource for dining options and things to do. This was our third stay, and we plan to stay again next year.

I booked a room here last minute and it was by far the cheapest option in the area that was walking distance to the beach. The room was very clean and felt much roomier in person than in the pictures. Robert was also super accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable hotel near the beach.

Thus is an older motel style lodging. We liked it for the nostalgia. The beach was a very short walk behind the motel. Robert was wonderful and provided a lot of info about the area. We love to walk and walked to and from John's pass a couple times. There was also a wonderful walking path along the beach.
