Great Beach Condo

Belle Vista 311 was a cute beach Condo which we found comfortable for our stay. Great location on the beach with a pool that gets sun all day. We enjoyed our little view of the ocean each morning as we sat on the balcony with our coffee. Our days were spent at the beach and pool. The restrooms at the pool came in handy as well as all the beach supplies. In the evening we walked to local restaurants for dinner and local bars to listen to live music. We love St Pete Beach and would not hesitate to rent again at Belle Vista.

Best Vrbo yet!

Thank you so much for letting us stay here. This rental has far exceeded our expectations. The beds are so comfortable. The manager responded so quickly to what ever questions we had. Finally a rental with enough hangers, they truly thought of everything including power strip on night stand so you don’t have dig for an outlet. Thank you again!

Beautiful accommodation, well done View is other buildings & peeking at water next to road traffic

This is a super cute unit! The traffic wasn’t bad due to our season, but sitting out on the deck to see a slice of the beach at the other end of the building was traffic noise not ocean sounds. You could see and hear the Busch Gardens fireworks from the balcony, a plus! Still a nice place as we were near the beach and loved the pool and hot tub. With a Ten day stay a fresh set of sheets would be nice midway, and an extra trash bag or dishwashing pod would be nice. It’s the little things, but they made up for it with the complimentary choice of several things to do with a free Ticket.

Perfect stay - location, cleanliness, amenities

Loved staying here. Though the unit is not direct ocean view, the property is right there and the access is perfect. We didn’t use the pool, only bc we didn’t have time. The primary bedroom Is huge and the bed is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in that isn’t my own. My daughter stayed in the small bedroom, which was smallish and the a/c wasn’t as strong so she moved to the living room Hideaway bed, where she was much more comfortable. We did come At an extremely hot time. With the added fans provided I think the second bedroom Probably was ok but since we had the space we tried the living room too. The kitchen has everything you need. And the fridge is big enough for all of our leftovers from Local restaurants. We really appreciated not having to buy chairs and umbrellas - leftovers from other guests I think - and worked just fine. Parking was a breeze. There’s an elevator and stairs so easy access to the third floor. Can’t say enough good things about this place - it was seven min it es from our main destination - eckerd college - and also super convenient to the best beach(es) around. Thank you for a truly lovely stay.

Good Last Minute Trip

The condo is as pictured. Nice beach feeling in the condo. The primary bed was very comfortable. Very hot weather but the beach was beautiful. Location was great. A few little hiccups but resolved quickly. Would definitely return.

This apartment is perfect for a family vacation. The place is beautiful, fully equipped to enjoy your vacation. The area is extraordinary, close to supermarkets, stores and restaurants. The beach is a few steps away. The communication with the owner was very pleasant. Will definitely come back

Fabulous condo

We absolutely loved this condo! Location was great! There is a Publix, several drug stores and a number of restaurants/bars nearby to grab anything you need. From the balcony, you have a view of the ocean and the intercoastal waterway. This was our fav spot to be when we weren't out and about. The place was super clean and the master bed was very comfy. We also loved the master shower. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Check in was easy and communication with owners/iTtip was great. A few hickups with no parking pass but was issued with one later! Problems with showers & tv but was resolved efficiently. Could be a bit cleaner in a few places but overall good.
