I was there on business and had only one day for a nice walk in the nearby lake park. It was in a nice safe area and walkable to many restaurants. There was no view, but it was a very serviceable room and I was happy it was so quiet. Bed was comfy. The kitchen and bath were very clean.

The service was excellent! Everyone was friendly. Great customer service. The room was clean except the bathroom floor need a little. More cleaning. Loved there were some great restaurants "The Little Lamb and french bakery Jerome's excellent. I did request more hangers and an extra blanket, i didnt receive them. Really excellent people!! There is no restaurant or beach, but i didnt mind. I would recommend for business trip not relaxing trip.

Outdoor areas were not clean. Regular marijuana smoking in areas clearly marked No Smoking. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Had to get our own towels, TP & Kleenex every day from the front desk.

Clean and comfy bed. Great dining options right in the same parking lot. Only downside was they don’t have streaming available on TV and cable is difficult to navigate. Would stay there again.

No elevator and noisy

When we first got there, we were told that the elevator was not working but insisted on putting us up on the top floor (3rd floor). When we asked about going on a lower level, they said no. There was quite a bit of noise at nighttime. Kept my wife awake sometimes. Room was clean and nice. Staff was good, but some not very friendly. Location was good to get things but would not stay there again.

Elevator out of service, staff couldn't say when it would be serviceable again. Checked out after 1st night. We are a retired couple with heavy luggage with no available help lugging them up 6 flights of stairs.

Broken elevator, unethical practices

We were contacted via phone about 15 minutes prior to our arrival & told the elevator was not working & they could not move us to a lower level. Because it was so late in the day, we felt it would be too difficult to book another hotel for our stay. Upon arrival, it appeared that the elevator had need non-functional for quite some time & they indicated that they weren’t given an exact date for repairs to be completed. They did offer help getting our luggage to the 3rd floor for us. We are in our late 60s & early 70s so appreciated the help. Our stay was to be for 4 nights. The next morning we checked again about when the elevator would be repaired & we’re told again they had no date for the repairs to be complete. We decided to cancel the remainder of our reservation & got a refund.
