Located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. The best of everything! New construction offers convenience, quality and security for a wonderful experience. Full-sized gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances, spa-like large bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer and top of the line furnishings will ensure a visit that will make return visits something you will want to do regularly. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have new televisions and Direct TV, Netflix and Prime. High-speed internet access is included and the unit has individually controlled central heat and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. This condo is located on the second floor of a mixed use commercial building and has two retail shops downstairs. We love the shops and think you will enjoy them, too. One is a ladies' clothing store and the other features unique home decor. Walk this quaint community filled with the best restaurants, local breweries and bars, and enjoy live entertainment. This unit is top of the line in every category - location, cleanliness, furniture and decor, and the entire process from check in to check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Nice restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment, park all within a very short walk.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed. You could hear some noise from the restaurants nearby but everything was quiet by 11. Perfect in every way

Have just completed a two week stay at this well-appointed, spacious and perfectly located downtown Dunedin condo. The hosts have truly thought of everything, and our stay was so comfortable! Literally in the heart of downtown - a car is unnecessary as everything is within walking distance - and Uber is everywhere. Loved it so much we immediately booked for next year!

Downtown Dunedin gem!

We had a great stay at this property! Check in process was smooth, unit was meticulously clean, and the host was very accommodating. We especially loved the special touch of a wine bucket and champagne glasses being left on the counter after we inquired if there were any. Additionally, the location and convenience this condo offers cannot be beat! Thank you!
