The location and staff were great. We were not happy that the parking situation was not disclosed in a clear way. We didn't know until we got there that that valet parking was $35 a day and there was not a viable alternative for elderly travelers. Also, the room did not have sufficient drawer space for 3 adults.

Valet crew polite / professional Valet parking was a breeze. Although not pleased with paying $35 for parking, comforting knowing our car was safe inside parking garage and watched. Clean Hotel and nice grounds. Rooms were good size, bed comfortable. No issues with parking. The daily parking fee was a little high, $35 per day. Breakfast times could be a little longer maybe till 10:00 AM. The shuttle golf cart comes in handy. Everyone on staff were pleasant and helpful. Beach size towels to use at the beach would be a bonus. All in all with the few quirks I would stay here again

Loved the room & breakfast & the views & convenient location. We could walk to so many things. Did not like the valet only parking, as only one guy was working both getting cars & providing transportation. Even when we called ahead, it sometimes took way longer to get our car than the guy said it would. We were late to one of our events because of having to wait so long. He would not allow us to get our car ourselves.

The only crappy thing about this property was the parking. You had to let them valet park you for $35 dollars a night or park in a city metered space for potentially more than that. There was absolutely no mention of that on the website. Most other beach hotels, parking is included in the price.

So I was checking in and watched multiple people get checked in before me. I don’t expect preferential treatment but if I say I need 1 room with 2 queen beds and all they say is “guaranteed by 4” then you watch 4-5 other parties come and get a key before then it will set someone off pretty quick. Also, the fact I had to ASK for cleaning to come by instead of it being done day to day when there was no sign on the door saying do not disturb means I want the room cleaned and this was a HUGE annoyance. I’ve never had a service do that or not come to the room unless there’s do not disturb. The only advantage of this place is the shuttle half a mile. It’s a save on some walking, but I would never pay $35 a night to park there. Seems outrageous. It could have been worse, but it could have also been better!

Quick trip booked the day before. Was a little worried because not a lot available so took a chance on it. So glad we did. The hotel was a quick walk to the beach. Breakfast was convenient and it was so easy and safe to walk everywhere. Didnt need a car either. Quick, cheap uber ride from the airport. Would definitely go again.

Hotel is very nice but hotel services need improvement. I paid over $300/night. Housekeeping every other night, only breakfast is served, and no bellman to help with luggage. I'm 85 and had difficulty with bags. Golf cart, staff and transportation outstanding.
