Super Clean Room

Very clean! Shower/bathroom dated but very clean. All hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Parking is not for the faint of heart, as the lot is extremely small and the places pretty tight. Would definitely recommend abd will stay again.

Would’ve been better if advertised as a “party hotel” not for families with smaller children. We were forced to stay here after being told we could do an early check in (paid for) when we arrived around 4am on the 29th. We arrived and we not welcomed by an older man that stated “no vacancy” and attempted to run down the rules for check in, after advising I spoke with someone earlier that ensured us an earlier check in. We ended up having to rent a second room at another location for another astronomical amount and this hotel refusing to refund me, I’m confused what the insurance you pay extra for through Expedia covers? I was not explained this. Still. The hotel after we checked in at 4pm was a dang ruckus kids running everywhere, elevator down (taking 4 flights of stairs with two hateful tired children isn’t for the weak) getting in a room that’s adjacent to the ocean (after paying ocean view) and having the room directly facing Shepherd’s Beach Resort and let me add they don’t shut down until way after 2am it’s ridiculously loud and the parking isn’t sufficient for the influx of guests they receive. Overall I would’ve preferred to change hotels given the circumstances at the hotel but I was refused a refund or credit to switch.

Stayed for a 2 night solo trip. Hotel is reasonably priced and comfortable. Staff was super helpful when I asked for an early check-in. Love the private beach and just the whole vibe of the area.

Affordable and convenient !

This hotel is very affordable and has the basic amenities you would expect. Of course, you get what you pay for but for the both of us, it was perfect! Parking is free on-site and the location is fantastic--all within walking distance of dining options and of course, the beach. As I understand, they are still remodeling after the hurricanes. So improvement is slow moving but we didn't mind. I would give this facility a 4 of 5 rating and we would actually come back again.

No complaints. Reasonable stay for the price. Private beach. Would have liked to have had access to the beach loungers on the beach rather than only beside the pool area but I understand why. Had 3 manatees swim past my husband and nephew as they enjoyed the water so that was really neat. We walked down to the Taco Bus so food and dining is convenient. Got up early so my nephew could enjoy the beach again before we left and his toy water gun he forgot the night before was still there which I was a little surprised but clearly a good area. The manager even turned on the hot tub early for us so we could enjoy that also. Want to say shower didn’t have a lot of pressure but that’s not worth complaining about. Seems to be a trend we have found on this trip.

The completely building its a bit mistreated we saw mold in our room ceiling and all the building had a weird smell.. the location 5/5 a lot of restaurants, market, stores close yoy can go walking 2-5 min.. the beach was good but umbrellas can't be used not allowed..
