If you don't mind a well worn hotel and a luke warm shower in the best location in St. Pete for the lowest price, this is the place. Very pleasant staff too.

The outstanding location is the main advantage of this old boutique hotel, and the staff is very friendly—especially Mahmut. However, please be aware that the building shows its age. There is only one slow elevator, and the rooms are dated and in need of restoration.
