The elevator was broken the handrails to get up to the floor, staying on broken as well. Stay for two nights and had to plunge my toilet. Both nights. Pieces of the tile came up when I walked on the bathroom floor sink in the bathroom did not have hot water When I was checking out early in the morning person he was checking me out didn’t even get up or offer me a receipt to make sure that I had been correctly checked out no the additional charges I had to go back to ensure that I did not have any additional charges

This was Awful! The front desk operators were nice and professional Especially Morgan. The hotel is in terrible shape. The elevator is broken. My room phone did not work. The internet and television did not work until late on my first day. My air conditioner blew out LOUD! Toilet did not Flush Strong......... Antiquated property in need or Serious updates.

Awful experience.

Old hotel. No sound proofing in rooms at all--noise from outside and inside easily heard. Had to call front desk at 2 am due to constant stomping and moving of furniture in room above us. There was a power outage and our room keys needed resetting--but front desk said their machine was not working and they would need to come up to let us in. I gave room number and they promised to come up as soon as took care of a few customers checking in. We waited 15 minutes and no one showed. Sadly, I was able to simply unlock the door by sliding my key car through the door jam! Front desk never came up to check on us. Lastly, the room had a telephone which was non-working. And advertised restaurant next to hotel (Tapas restaurant) is closed and there are no signs anywhere informing customers.

Professional repairs needed

Planned a one week stay here in a Wednesday for the RRU Festival at Vinoy Park. The location and price was great, however the hotel itself is need of a lot of maintenance. I was nervous my window would fall out of the frame which on the sixth floor that wouldn't be good. The curtain mount came out of the wall just trying to open it.On Monday the power went out for an hour or so and blew up the elevator motor that still hadn't been fixed by the time I checked out. And my last day last two hours I take a shower to get ready and then the water stops, now full of soap and unable to rinse off I waited over an hour for it to come back on after a pipe leak on the second floor. Attitudes from employees except for one and her name was Ariana, thanks to her for being pleasent and welcoming. This place needs some work but it did the job, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Diagonal and direct view of Tampa Bay. The choice is yours 😉

Stay away from this hotel. The only positive thing is that the staff was really nice and helpful. Everything is wrong with the hotel: the only elevator on site didn't work, the room was dirty, and the bed cover had stains (please let's not speculate on what they were). The bathroom was tiny and didn't even had a place in which you were able to put your things (not even a shelf). They have no parking on site, no place to have breakfast etc. In short: stay away from it.

Historic Boutique hotel in a great location

I quite enjoyed my stay. It's in a great location. Walking distance to most places if interest. Parking is in a parking garage across the hotel which was quite safe and affordable considering the location. Although you can find free parking spot between 8PM to 9AM in front or across the hotel if you're lucky and on a limited time.

We did not stay here. Got there checked in waited outside and had my husband bring our bags to the room when he went in he said the room smelled like mildew he asked to change rooms which the front desk (he was great btw) change the room that room also smelled funny so we went some where else. Still waiting on my refund because this was unacceptable….

The stay at the hotel was awful bugs dirty lien cleanliness was not great it was barley any hot water soda cans under the bed over all experience wasnt good and wasn't worth my 288.00 plus 100.00 deposit i want my money back but the outside atmosphere was great the downtown area had plenty to do and the best restaurants i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone not worth the money wvrything needs to be remodeled and updated

Older DNTN ST.P hotel

This is a old hotel in downtown area. One day its going to be gone, downtown changing and growing. Sad, but its progress. Basic older hotet...Mr. Morgan, night front desk gentleman, was cool, tell you how is it, but always welling to help. Let see, what the new owner/management do in the furture. Great location for ST.P GP Indy car race

It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price.
