The rooms are clean and reasonably quiet. The beds are brutal to the point that we left a day early because my back just couldn't face another night in that horrible bed. The bathrooms are clean and spacious but you won't get service daily, they do them every 3 days. We didn't have a problem with that because we tend to tidy up after ourselves. The front desk was a mix of trying to be friendly and rather snotty. This was our second year staying at this location and I'm sad to say we won't be back.

A lot of riff raff coming and going at all hours. Stayed 5 nights and only one time did room service come. If you want more than a waffle or stale bagel skip the Continental breakfast. Hot water wasn't hot in the shower. Price wasn't too bad so it's a you get what you pay for kinda place.

The room was deplorable, very very dirty and everything was broken, rusty and dilapidated. The bathroom was disgusting and the floor was sticky and gross. We did not feel safe in this environment travelling with our family. This hotel should NOT carry the Quality Inn name, such a poor representation of the brand. Horrible value and pictures online were extremely deceiving.

If I could go be 0 stars for cleanliness I would. The beds looked and felt dirty. The floors were very dirty. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and nasty. Breakfast was garbage. They ran out of coffee. The shower water was cold. The elevator was broke.

Cheap room but not too bad!

The staff were very kind and attentive as needed. The problem was the room was terrible. Needs updating! Floor was best part with nice tiles. Walls, vanity and bathroom especially were bad for a hotel. Felt like a very cheap 'ghetto' room. Pool was nice and well kept. I am a smoker but was very happy to see strict rules on no smoking inside the hotel complex! They monitored that and helped my mom who stayed with me who has lung condition. So big plus! I think with remodel(tub horrible and toilet moved when sat on, walls you could see repaired and painted over, etc), this could be nice hotel. Despite the room, staff makes or breaks a review and staff was excellent. Cheap hotel close to shopping and beaches. Caution not best neighborhood, not good to walk after dark.
