You cant even go to your room at night to watch tv and relax the dang music from Coco Bar was so freaking loud and doesnt stop until after midnight. Hotel taxes the crap out of you a room occupied tax 28.00 a night you ha e to pay to park 38.00 a day and they tax you even more each day on that 6 days over 3,000.00 with all the taxes and fees and no sleep for over 6 days with rhe music and the cleaners waking u knocking to clean room at 9am. Save your miney go else where!!!!

We loved that we could walk to the beach, restaurants, stores. We had a beautiful room with full size refrigerator, stove sink. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Worst stay out of four!

This was our fourth and last stay at this hotel. We got there early and asked about checking in and were told it would be about 15 minutes. No problem, we went and ate lunch. 2.5 hours later and the room was finally ready. Yes, I know we were there early but you don’t tell someone 15 min and it’s almost 3 hrs. The room was not very clean when we arrived. Not horrible but not clean. The tv remote was horrible. Power went out for a while one day. The hot water never worked appropriately. When we asked about it they came to the room and said we need to turn on all three faucets to get hot water to the room! We are paying $2000 and this is how we get hot water? Finally, our last night we were in a hurry and couldn’t get any hot water. Had to pack and move to another room. Don’t remember anyone saying they were sorry nor did they offer any refund or anything. Very poor service.

The Marriott was excellent, but the area was still devastated from hurricane Milton. I couldn't get my money back so I had to go. We only ended up staying one of the five days because there was nothing to do. Should be a way to get out of something like that from a natural disaster.

Very poor check in experience, member of staff was very unhelpful in ensuring our reservation was seamless. Had to ask for a manager to resolve, as she was dismissive and did not want to try and resolve an issue the hotel had created. Not a quiet hotel due to live music nightly at a ground level bar until midnight. Cleanliness, and hotel manager was great, helped at check in and made great recommendations for places to visit.

RIDICULOUS 30 PARKING CHARGES

The Hotel lost Wi-Fi making check in a nightmare. The reason I gave Service 3 stars was because the valet was friendly and helpful, the rest, no so much. THE FREAKING 30 DOLLAR PARKING FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS. I will know NEVER to return. Better hotels in the area who are cheaper and do not charge an outrageous amount to park!
