Downtown Clearwater, FL hotel, great!

Walkable to my work, FL this time of the year! Great staff, will be back in July to visit friends.
With a friend outside of the hotel-great smoking hut.

Nice location and great service.

Nice handy location. Easy to get to and from. Service was outstanding. The rooms are good but the carpet is definitely dated. Also the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it unless you have kids that just don’t care where they sleep.

Young lady at the front desk during the evenings was great! Everyone was attentive. Breakfast was good, only thing I’d say about it would be to offer a side other than bread for your eggs and protein but that’s just me being picky. Check in and check out was a breeze, conveniently located on court street, parking included. Will now be one of my go-to places when in town again for work.
