The staff went out of their way to welcome each guest. They go above and beyond. The hotel is clean, the pool was comfortable and hot tub was hot. The breakfast included alot of variety and the lemon water each day was so refreshing. The park and ride option made getting to the hotel and airport easy. Overall, our stay was comfortable, but the customer service was what really stood out as spectacular. You can tell the employees really know and practice true hospitality. Pam gave us a wonderful suggestion on local family activities to enjoy holiday lights and it was spot on. Thank you, Sleep Inn staff!

The room was very clean. The remote to the tv was complicated. So, I decided to not watch TV.

The manger was so nice to us. We didn’t know they had a shuttle from the PIE airport but were told and call and she hurried and came and got us. It was later when we got in and she gave a good pizza place to order from.

Private party at the pool area and hot tub and pool was closed to guests from 6pm to 10pm or later When I decided to stay extra night I was not told about the party or I would have stayed elsewhere After having a delayed flight this was a big disappointment for my family coming from Ohio I think I should get a 50 percent discount Thank you

Reagan is terrible attitude and never available at front desk. She thinks she runs the hotel. I will never ever see her ugly face again. Stupid female dog with nasty attitude. U come to here in summertime with no running water and I can’t say when will water be ready. Dont be taking out your frustrations out because you’re being overworked. Cheap owners paying 15 hour to run a front desk and drive a shuttle. Anthoer example of a dirrtbag owner taking care his pockets.
