I LOVED how kind and helpful every staff member was, they were amazing! The food and service was great too! The private beach was perfect, and a main attraction for me. My issue is that my TV in my room wasn't working correctly. When i called the front desk i didn't get an answer after SO many rings. And SO many calls. Also, upon check in I was asked if i want my towels replaced daily, to which I replied no thank you. And they came in and replaced my towels anyway. This frustrated me and made me feel unsafe. I don't like anyone around my things while im not there. I traveled alone and so this upset me. I did not complain to the front desk. Overall my experience at this location was positive. Im big on customer service and they hit the nail on the head in that rite.

Drake & Tiffany were warm, welcoming, & so helpful! Beach Club was within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, ice cream shop, mini golf, trolley bus, and more! Outdoor greeting staff and pool staff were super friendly! Pool was wonderful and refreshing! Recommend staying here!

Our experience was so bad ,and definitely we will not booking with this hotel again ,the room of the door need to be forcely pushed in order to be opened ,the sink is clogged ,we asked for rollaway at booking and made sure they will provide it and then they told us the room they prepared had no room for rollaway and if we want we need to wait for another room and no timeframe for that ,so we had to take the room that was available ,and for heavens sake why the staff are so so rude ? there is no reason to be rude with customers .overall we regret booking with this hotel.

Property was so clean and staff were so helpful, and friendly! Front desk employees always willing to help with a smile. Rooms were spacious and clean and bed was very comfortable! The beach was beautiful and well maintained, and beach staff awesome as well. I loved that the beach area was more of a private location so it was never overcrowded. The live music at the beach was a plus and great onsite restaurant. The hotel was walkable to the pier (about 10 min walk) with many good restaurants and shopping nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here with my husband for our anniversary, and we can’t wait to return!

The extra charge for parking should have been included in the cost. It was listed in fine print on the description. The staff was rude to some of the guest, and there was strong odor of marijuana in the elevators. The beach area was nice and so was the beach staff.

First time at this property and our stay was excellent. The check in went smoothly and fast. They had a really nice pool and a great beach. The restaurant and beach bar was a great surprise. Great food and drinks made our stay enjoyable. Stuff from the front desk to all the waiters where great .

Wasn’t really happy with our stay, the best part was location. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to including the beach. The private beach they have is on the bay not the gulf so we preferred walking down towards pier 60. Also they close the pool down between 8 and 8:30 will I’ll the one next door is open until 11pm. Our door in our bathroom was coming off its hinges so you had to lift it to get it to close. Our room was not swept the entirety of our 6 day stay nor was our sheets changed. Towels were dropped off and picked up and garbage emptied every other day as far as housekeeping that’s all we got. We were told to purchase discounted tickets to Clearwater Marine aquarium at the front desk which we did and that was a nice perk. They told us to take our room key over and we would revive a 20% discount through their partnership with the aquarium. When we went to purchase the exact same toy that was $20 instead of the $30 it was at the hotel gift shop we presented our room key. The cashier said we were probably the 10th person that day that had came with that expectation. He then offered us a 10% discount for our trouble but explained the hotel partnership had been canceled as of May. I didn’t mind as it was already cheaper just that the poor cashier at the aquarium seemed exhausted of explaining this every day. In general I would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family.
