o You will need to purchase additional supplies as needed. Only purchase laundry and dishwasher detergents with the brands we have initially supplied. “HE” laundry detergent is MANDATROY.

PARKING FOR RENTAL: Parking passes are mandatory. One (1) undercover parking space is allowed in the parking garage. There is visitor parking in the front of the building as space is available. MOTOR HOMES or CAMPERS are not allowed on the Property for more than 24 Hours. Permanent Parking Available Offsite. A fee for this space may be applicable. MOTORCYCLES are allowed onsite and are to be parked in the visitor parking area.

Great location, great beach and pool area. Indian Shores isn’t quite as busy as other locations along the Gulf of America, so this is a perfect place to relax and take it easy. This condo was clean and well-stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely return.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this location. The pool was big enough and the perfect temperature. We loved how close the beach was to the condo. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Between the beach and the pool, Our grandkids had a ball! The Bird Sanctuary next door was a nice surprise. We will come back to this one.

We really enjoyed our stay in your unit. Was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Was nice to have a beach umbrella and chairs. The view was great! Many beautiful sunsets! We definitely will be back.

Great beach getaway!

The proximity to the beach made this place a winner for us. It was a 2 minute walk downstairs and through the garage and you’re there! The provided beach chairs are really camp chairs, but we went and bought some beach chairs at a nearby store. Very quiet condo - we did not hear any noise from neighbors or the road. The porch which faced the pool and the ocean was a great place to hang out or play board games. Figuring out where to enter building 2 was very tricky for us - it is not marked very well. The location is close to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!

We loved staying at this condo! The view of the gulf was wonderful. The tub in the 2nd bathroom needs to be looked at. There were a couple of small spots on the tub below the showerhead that had rusted through completely. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Close to many restaurants and short drive to shopping and attractions. Furniture somewhat dated and beach chairs were actually camp chairs. Pool and hot tub area so clean and always plenty of chairs. Master bed was very comfortable. Condo was clean.

Our stay was good overall. Property had things that needed repair, screens didn’t work etc. place appeared clean but floor was pretty dirty. biggest problem was spending parts of 3 days trying to get tv to work.

Staying in this specific condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything you could need, even games and books, Netflix and Disney . The balcony is huge with a perfect view. The pool area is super nice with a great view of the sunset. After reserving I only had one question, I sent an email to the owners and got a very prompt reply. Our kids LOVED everything about it and asked that when we come back we choose this condo. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to return!

Short walk to paradise

Thought the condo was just what was needed for our vacation. The place was so clean and nice, compared to some other properties I’ve stayed at. Doug was fantastic and hard working through out our stay. Loved the view, and the grounds were well kept. Secured building was nice addition, knowing not just anyone could come into the building. Loved the donations to the homeless, made me feel less guilty about throwing out or giving away left over food we didn’t use. CON- didn’t like the AC would not go below 72. I have my home thermometer sat at 66-68 degrees, so that was the only struggle.
