The staff was rude and when their toilet started spitting water they were talking crap about my kids at the front desk. The bathroom in the first room we had was nasty and only had 2 towels. I will attach photos The best thing about it was the proximity to the places we needed to be for our funeral.

Staff was courteous. There was no brochures available regarding attractions. The floor of the room was dirty- my new white slippers became blackened on the bottom, and other peoples hair on the soles. I wiped the slippers each night. I was there but the next day it happened again. I found the bed a little high for me as I am mobility impaired, however, it was super comfortable. I very much appreciated the coffee maker, and the microwave in the room.

I travel extensively and have stayed in all types of hotels. This is probably one of the dirtiest Ihg properties I have ever stayed in. The sheets on one of the beds have hair and footprints on them almost as if somebody stepped on it with dirty sneakers. Part of the baseboard is hanging off the wall, the bathtub was dirty, and I had to rinse it out before I could use the shower. The sheets that go over the the box springs appear to be stained with what looks like could be urine, but I am hoping that it is coffee or something like that.
