It was amazing! From calling before arrival, until I arrive, it was a great experience. Front desk was extremely helpful and considerate, after locking our keys in the room twice. It was a great family trip.

Compared to other Super 8's we have stayed at, the staff was not friendly, breakfast was not offered (the breakfast that was offered was only coffee and granola bars), and it was not very clean.

Don’t Stay Here

When I walked into the hotel I was greeted by a horrible smell. First room they gave me toilet handle was broke off and lid was removed. Like they wanted me to lift the plunger each time. Room had an odor. Went down to change rooms. 2nd room was better. Pool had weird bubbles floating. Then they shut it down a day later. Was shut down for the 4 days we were there. Breakfast consist of two kinds of granola bars and juice even though sign says great start breakfast. Called down to desk about doors slamming. He said nothing can be done. It was 11:30pm. When my husband called to be rung to me room staff could barely speak English and my husband couldn’t be transferred. Spoke with other staff and they said owners refuse to put any money into the hotel. It is very run down. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else. We go to St Robert’s every summer for family and we will never stay here ever again even if it means we sleep in our vehicle.

The room was handicap accessible which I needed. The room meet all my needs. Very Comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that with having a breakfast area, there was no breakfast items avaliable and no breakfast service at all. We had to go out for breakfast food. I would recommend that they have breakfast service for the hotel guests since there a breakfast room.

The only bad experience was there was NO breakfast as how they stated. I wasn’t the only one looking for breakfast as how a few other couples were too. They offered coffee and granola bars
