They don’t even provide the essentials! For the price they should at least provide towels, shampoo, soap, etc for the length of your stay. They should at least have coffee pots in the room. They should provide blankets

When we arrived they stated that the room I chose and booked online was not available, someone else still had it. The only other offer they had was a room with a full size bed. We were too tired from our 4 1/2 hour drive so we took it. But it was extremely cold and no amenities. We put the heater on & after 20 mins still no heat. We complained and they stated "oh it takes a while". We chose to leave and they refused any kind of refund not even a partial. The place and room is NOT what is posted on-line. Its a pretty sketchy place, I did not feel safe there for some reason. I DO NOT recommend this place for travelers unless its an extreme emergency and only for a night.

The room was in good condition, the staff was friendly. But the pillows were awful . I stay 3 nights ,we never got new towels until I asked for them. The bed sheets didnt get change and the bed never got make. Housekeeping never show up. Unless that is what they do. They didnt show until you check out. I never expirience that. But I did like the location of the hotel .

Clean hotel!

Elevator was down but staff was very kind about it. Offered to let us cancel. We stayed and enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was always clean. Our room was comfortable. Safety inspection performed during our stay but it was quick and comforting to know those procedures are performed.

Property was conveniently located. Arrived 1 hour early and asked about checking in. They said yes but for an additional $30 fee. They were not accommodating. There was no shower curtain in the tub which seemed very odd. When I went to check out there was no one at the front desk and nowhere to deposit the room keys.

Elevator not working, hotel blames elevator compan

Unaware of people, actually living at the hotel. Along with the most inconvenient issue, the elevator being down and had to walk up 4 flight of stairs. Hotel blames elevator company.

Not for Vacationers

We were a family on vacation to visit friends in the area. I thought an extended stay place would be more comfortable for us since it had a kitchen. It did not mention in the listing that the room rate just gets you the bed. Clean towels, wifi, the use of dishes or pots and pans in the room kitchen, basically everything I would have expected to have in a hotel room are an additional charge. The staff were extremely courteous and as accommodating as they could be. But it was clear that there were people drinking and smoking at all hours. We left to another hotel a night early after an intoxicated man made inappropriate comments to my teenaged daughter and she had to hide in the stairwell from him. I'm sure it is fine if you need an inexpensive room in the area. It is most definitely not a place to stay for families on vacation.

The location on corporate blvd is a convenient location if you plan to travel to Quantico Marine Base or the museum. It also is located aling route 1 and next I-95 corridor. As for the downside, there are no restaurants nearby. You have to drive either South to Aquia or stafford, or North to Manassas. As well, there are no amenities such as a pool, coffee bar or breakast bar. It was relatively clean, but had a sufficient security plan. It was at the end of corporate blvd and was very quiet
