I accidentally booked the wrong date then i booked another reservation for the right date and i was told that I could get a refund and then i spoke to the hotel and they said that a agent from Expedia has to call in order for them to honor my refund . So then the agent from Expedia said they tried to call the hotel but couldn’t get through . So I lost out on $130 because I couldn’t get my refund so I’m not satisfied this is my second time losing out on money because I use Expedia .

Overall it is a great hotel. The only thing we were not thrilled about were the bathroom doors. They are frosted glass barn doors. You can almost see through them and if anyone uses the bathroom at night the whole room lights up. Also, there are open cracks on the side so you don't have as much privacy. And the bathroom door stuck and was very hard and noisy to open and close.

The location is convenient. The room was a little dated but it was overall clean. Noise level was a bit above average. We could hear adults and kids talking after 11.

The room I was assigned was quite noisy, and I could clearly hear conversations from the adjoining space, which made it difficult to relax. I requested a room change due to the disturbance, but unfortunately, I felt that my request was not taken seriously. The staff member I spoke with was not very accommodating, and I had to insist multiple times before any assistance was considered. I value good customer service and was disappointed by the response I received. I would appreciate your attention to this matter to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. Additionally, I’d like to know if there’s anything that can be done to address my experience.

Overall I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel but the property was lacking for what it was. An elevator was out of service causing long wait times. The filtered water on the floor was in full view of the dirty utility room. The hot water for tea in the lobby didn’t work. The room was stuffy with my entire family waking up coughing. Staff was nice enough though, the bed as usual for a hotel bed, and the shower warm. The hotel Was also quite convenient to get to right off the highway.

Beautiful room staff isn’t so friendly multiple rooms were mixed up and confused. The breakfast was always out but there was a big conference or something there that wasn’t expected and they weren’t prepared for. Room was amazing, stunning!
