Positive: Property is gorgeous. Resort Type. Very Pretty. Negative: 1. Breakfast was noticeably overpriced, 2 steel cut oat meals, 1 yogurt parfait, 2 coffees- $61.00 with tip. 2. Self Park was $23.00. 3. They put me in room 2034 which had a TV that did not work. When I was ready to sleep, the light which was on when I arrived, would not go off. I called front desk and they wanted me to go to first floor, and they would switch my room. I pushed back very hard and front desk rep came up to my room, key in hand to switch me to room 2030. Something they should have done in the first place. If you want to charge like 5 star, Service like 5 star....

We did not have hot water the first morning. It took multiple calls to the front desk to get the TV fixed. They said our breakfast was included the 3 mornings and they said our supper the first night would be comped due to the TV issue but they charged our card an additional $240.00 at checkout and did not confirm that before we left the hotel. He just told me “Everything is taken care of”. That indicated to me there were no additional charges but I got the email later of the charges.

Spent a Saturday evening here in early September. Nothing special at all about the hotel or facility. Entirely predictable. Felt understaffed, as an I gave up after waiting close to 10 minutes around 4:15 p.m. to order a drink from the bar...the 2 bartenders were avoiding eye contact with any guest and seemed more pre-occupied with slowly fixing someone a cocktail and discussing their own day. I was one of several guests standing and hoping to place an order.

An average hotel with one major flaw no real dining restaurant on premises. Any meal like breakfast has to use room service. In my decades of travel, I have never used room service since the meal will never arrive on time nor warm/hot.

Dining options at hotel was very nice though room was not cleaned thoroughly. I had bacon bits and bits of pancake on the floor with some trash items under the tv stand. My tv was not working when I called the front desk for assistance. I waited over 3+hours and had to cancel the help because I had to sleep for early travel day. Ultimately everyone was nice and I stayed for one night

My sister and I were there for my hospital appointment at Yale Greenwich Hospital for testing . The experience from the check in to the check out was incredibly we (both) are very hard to please and we were beyond grateful and thankful for the service that we received. I will recommend and also return. I also wanted to mention the Dining was conveniently located and the food was amazing , also the waitress Suzy was extremely helpful and kind to myself and my sister. Very pleased . Thank you for making it a very calm experience for someone who was anticipating an already stressful situation.

Something is terribly off about this hotel operations. Very nice atrium & had a Greenwich address. But, staffing is clearly a big issue and service is honestly 1-2 good employees to 6-8 weirdos. Kitchen food is - mediocre at best. Good luck. Just stay in Stamford instead
