There is no real restaurant for a large hotel. Staff was meh. Asked for hand soap and was told they dont carry any. Yet there was an empty soap dish. Bartenders were nice and attentive.

My parents have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and there is just never enough staff. They took a hiatus for a couple of years and thought they would try it again after the reno, which is nice. The staff are lovely, but they need to hire more people. Some of the lounge areas needed to be cleaned, but I don't fault the cleaners because they were working hard. There were sugar ants in the room. They did move my parents, but it was a bummer. Room service breakfast came in a paper bag with bamboo folks, which again was not great in terms of presentation. This is not a cheap hotel, and I was hoping for a smoother visit.

Nice looking and clean hotel, but the extra fees to park annoyed me. Walls are very thin. Can hear conversations from next room and the hallways. Room service didn’t bring my whole order and had to call. Breakfast was overpriced and not good.

I hadn’t been to this hotel in many years, it is nicely updated and very comfortable. The bar/restaurant area is on a beautiful open courtyard. I highly recommend!

The room was very comfortable and clean but the towels were as harsh as sand paper. Having breakfast was not convenient, you had to wait in line to order your breakfast then get a table. For a hotel of that standing I would have expected a dining room with full service

My family and I had a wonderful time over the Easter weekend. The atrium was gorgeous and the rooms were modern and well-appointed. Only note was that the pool area was not as spotless as the rest of the hotel. It was, however, an incredibly busy weekend and the pool was a hot-spot for families staying at the hotel.
