Much improved over previous experiences. Check-in counter was heads/tails above any of our previous receptions. Breakfast at rest. was quick and service courteous. Mattress in room (#346) was somewhat soft/old, but otherwise the room was clean and quiet, unlike our experience a couple of months ago when adjoining room was so noisy as to finally prompt reception to remove them from property.

Do not stay at this hotel/Inn. The walls between rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything (someone talking on the phone) and everything in the hallway, including doors closing etc. The night I was there, there was a wedding. I specifically asked not to be by the reception, however, my room right in the middle of all the hotel guests. Several times during the evening I was awoken by drunken guests screaming down the hallway. I called the front desk twice about a man who was screaming and verbally assaulting a woman who would not allow him into her room at 2:30am. By 3:00am he got into a very loud physical fight with the vending machine and the police were finally called. The bathtub/shower didn’t drain so you had to shower in 5 inches of water pooling around your ankles. The room including all bathroom amenities were very low quality. I was charged $300 for what was at best a $100 room. No concessions were made other than offering me late checkout. Why would I possibly want to stay longer. When I went to checkout and ask for the bill, no one was at the front desk. I had to wait 20 minutes until someone arrived and then was told they didn’t have the authority to do anything. Bar none the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It is an older establishment with a conference center attached. There was a wedding reception or some large gathering while I stayed there and you could hear the party in my room. You can hear every noise in the room. The HVAC system was pretty loud but I kept the room cool. The front desk folks were nice, but I would not stay here again.
