This hotel was outstanding. The front desk person in the evening was extremely helpful, accommodating and very friendly. Helped us choose the best room because I am disabled. This was an unplanned stop and we walked in too a beautifully decorated hotel with very elegant choices for Christmas. The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

In general the stay was decent the hotel and room were clean and sheets fresh. The hotel seemed safe, however the front desk service was only ok. There were concerns with maintenance at the hotel. I noticed there were out of order signs on the public restrooms and one of the ice machines. The power outlets in on one of the end table lamps was loose and worked intermittently it sounded like it may have been arching internally. The bathroom door had a mind of its own and would slam against the tub (and bounce several times. The maintenance work all around appeared shotty. The breakfast buffet was simply adequate it appears they may have cut some corners on food quality.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, do not stay here. The room was clearly not cleaned prior to our 10PM arrival - trash and litter on the floors and nightstands, dirty wet towels still in the bathroom hanging on the shower curtain. Not that the “clean” towels or the towels from the front desk appeared much cleaner. Staff was not surprised when we left which leads me to believe this isn’t the first time that’s happened but a refund wasn’t issued since the booking was through Expedia and the hotel denied my refund request when contacted. I understand you get what you pay for so it wasn’t much of a loss but we left immediately and found a La Quinta 20 minutes away with comparable rates that was clean and accommodating. Be warned.
