When I first asked for an iron and ironing board, I was told they had none. Had I known that, I would not have booked the room. The staff member on duty was then kind enough to find me the only iron they had, which had a stained soleplate. Suggest they supply serviceable irons and ironing boards. Also, when I asked for clean towels one evening, I was told they did not have any at the front desk. On the plus side, the heat worked and water was hot. My first and most likely my last stay at this property.

Room was fine. What was not was my boyfriend left his wallet on the room along with his cell phone charger, on accident obviously. He called while we were still in the area asking if they found either. They hadn’t at that time but told him to come back whenever we can in case they do. We live in West Virginia. We go back and they only had his phone charger. My boyfriend asks if we can check the room to look again just in case, the guy at the desk said yes gave us the key and my boyfriend went to look. NO WALLET. So I go back into the front to give the key back, and I asked to speak to the cleaning lady who only speaks Spanish. So I had to use google translate, and I said, “hello my boyfriend and I were in room 230. We left his wallet in there on accident. It is a black and white checkered wallet.” There’s nothing but cleaning supplies on her cart, but I look over while she is in room 225, and there is my boyfriend’s wallet on the dresser in a completely different room then where we stayed. I asked for it back and she acted confused then eventually gave it back. I look in it, my boyfriend only had a dollar in there, but that’s not the point. She STOLE the ONLY dollar he had left in his wallet.

I had to move three time went to the doctor tthe said i got mites now super8 got me missing two days of work and wont discount or give a free room because of their cleaning staff neglectful cleaning

Loud noises all hours of the night. Room was very dated, first room door wouldn’t shut completely with out lifting it up and shutting it second room wasn’t any better but door did shut and lock fortunately not a good area from what I observed tv did not work sound no picture

There wasn't enough cleaning staff to service the room for several days of my visit. The free internet is too slow. The rug in the room needed to be stretched in order not to have waves. It's nice to have shampoo in the shower, but shower soup dispenser should also be added. coffee machine downstairs was not operable the whole time of my visit.

1) I had to renew my key everyday. 2) No room cleaning, no new towels, bed made or garbage pails emptied ever. 3) The door lock required I force it open to get in. I was told it'd be fixed. But it wasn't. 4) Elevator was very dark, slow and scary.

Air conditioning worked well. Sink was great. Shower knob was semi broken and unreadable. Front door key lock was not operational; door was effectively open the whole time so when going out brought items back to the car until night where inside locks worked fine.
