Dirty, dirty and dirty. This place was horrible for the amount of money I paid. Bathroom was filthy, dining table was dirty and window seal was dirty. Pathetic and disgusting!!!!!!

I drove up to visit my daughter at PSU for her birthday.This hotel was very clean, conveniently located, affordable parking ($12/night), an excellent spacious breakfast area with beautiful seating. They have a bar, gym and it is located beside target and on the street with multiple eating choices. The staff was very friendly and efficient! I thought about staying at the Nittanny, but I wanted to stay several days and save money. I have stayed at many of Hyatt’s, but this was slightly more elegant-the decorum, cleanliness, attentive staff, and comfort were equal to that of a more higher end hotel.

The room had a stale smell. Kind of like dirty socks. The breakfast could have been better quality. The eggs tasted like they were plastic. Definitely not real eggs. The water for the tea had the taste of coffee. The same water dispenser was probably used previously for coffee. Staff was amazing, however. Very friendly and helpful.
