Uni visit

Stayed here one night. Some positives: rate is fair, room is decent, and there are places to eat that are very close by. A supermarket is also within walking distance from the hotel. Some cons: if you are a light sleeper, be aware that the walls are very thin (you can definitely hear your neighbors talk through the wall and toilets flush from other rooms) so unfortunately, I could not sleep that great due to the noise.

Nice for the price overall!

I would have given it excellent but it was a little noisy in the very early morning. Could hear other neighbors talking and doors slamming at 4:30am and then a VERY loud trash truck around 6 am beeping just outside the window it seemed.

This was a last minute decision based on displeasure with another accommodation in the area. The front desk was extremely helpful and the breakfast (coffee!!) provided was appreciated.
