there was no bedding for the pullout bed in the room. I tried to call the front desk and got no answer. I went downstairs and found the manager in the laundry room folding sheets and asked for bedding. I was given a fitted sheet a regular sheetand two pillows with no pillowcases. No comforter. I was put in an inaccessible room. and two pillows with no pillowcases. No comforter. I was put in an accessible room, which is not what I booked. The hand shower was pathetic. The television did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work. This stay was absurdly bad.

Person working the desk seemed more interested in going outside to smoke and feed the cats than. Breakfast was the poorest I have ever experienced in all of North America in the last 60 years.

1st room smelled of dirty body odor, 2nd room HVAC did not work well and the tub held water, slow drain. The breakfast was lacking, no Fresh fruit and coffee was terrible.

I travel for work all the time. This is the 1st time staying at this property. The parking lot was a little dark. The front desk staf was exceptionally nice. The room was very pleasant, quiet and clean . Will be returning to stay again.
